Sprint has published a list of more than 100 cities that are slated to receive 4G LTE service "in the coming months." Sprint declined to reveal launch dates for specific markets or even narrow the time of year that LTE will become available; the list is only to confirm which markets are among the places scheduled to be added.

Since launching in July, Sprint's LTE network has been available in only a handful of cities. The carrier announced today that it has begun building its network in most markets that currently receive 3G service, and it plans to complete its 4G LTE rollout by the end of 2013. Customers may see some 4G speeds while construction and tests take place over the next year, but LTE will only officially launch in a market once local testing has been completed.
