Nokia announced today that it has completed its planned acquisition of Scalado, a company that specializes in imaging technology. Nokia says that 50 of Scalado's employees are being transferred to Nokia, and it plans to use Scalado's technology in future smartphones and other devices. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.source: Nokia
