This morning, a court in Dusseldorf, Germany ruled that Samsung's revised Galaxy Tab 10.1N could remain on sale in the country, denying Apple's request for a ban on the device. The Galaxy Tab 10.1N is a revised version of the original Galaxy Tab 10.1 that features a slightly different frame design and speakers on the front instead of on the side. Samsung released it last year after courts found that the original model infringed upon Apple's design patents for the iPad. Though Samsung is still able to sell the Galaxy Tab 10.1N in Germany, the court did ban the smaller Galaxy Tab 7.7 in the entire European Union.
