Google has revealed that the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for the Google Nexus S smartphone has started to roll out to users on a number of carriers across the world. Google doesn't say specifically which carriers are deploying the update first, but it says that more will be launching the update in the near future. Android 4.1 Jelly Bean includes a number of enhancements over Android 4.1 Ice Cream Sandwich, including smoother, faster performance, enhanced notifications, and Google's Now search feature.
