The HTC EVO 4G LTE for Sprint is the successor to the wildly popular EVO 4G and EVO 3D smartphones from years past. It is based on the HTC One X, but it has a different industrial design that lets its stand out from the One series. The EVO 4G LTE has a 4.7-inch, 720p Super LCD2 display that looks awesome, a speedy 1.5GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor, and an 8 megapixel camera with 1080p video capabilities and a dedicated hardware shutter key. It runs Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich with HTC's Sense 4.0 interface. The EVO 4G LTE has support for LTE data, but since Sprint doesn't yet have an active LTE network, it is stuck using slower, 3G CDMA for data. Sprint plans to offer the HTC EVO 4G LTE on May 18 for $199.99 with a new two-year agreement.
