With nary an announcement to be made, Virgin Mobile has quietly started selling the HTC One V smartphone. The One V is the lowest member of HTC's One series of smartphones that were announced back at Mobile World Congress in February. It features a 3.7-inch WVGA (480 x 800 pixel) display, 1GHz single-core processor, 5 megapixel camera, and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with HTC's Sense 4.0 user interface.
