The Samsung Galaxy S III is the successor to last year's wildly popular Galaxy S II. It features a 4.8-inch HD Super AMOLED display, 8 megapixel camera, and Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with Samsung's TouchWiz interface. The version of the Galaxy S III offered in the U.S. has a dual-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor and 2GB of RAM. The Galaxy S III also has some unique features like the S Voice personal assistant and S Beam NFC sharing system. It will be available from AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and Verizon Wireless, and is priced starting at $199.99 with a new two-year contract.
