Samsung has commented on recent reports that the Korean company has plans to purchase Finnish phone maker Nokia, stating that the rumors are "purely speculative and are not true." The rumors recently sent Nokia's shares up a few percentage points, but after Samsung's denial, Nokia's stock fell back down two percent.
