Bloomberg is reporting that a federal judge has canceled the upcoming patent infringement trial between Apple and Motorola Mobility before its schedule start at the beginning of next week. In the suit, Apple had brought four patent infringement claims against Motorola, and Motorola replied with one claim against Apple. The judge dismissed the case after rejecting the damage arguments held by both sides. The case was scheduled to begin on June 11 in Chicago.source: Bloomberg
