The Kyocera Rise is the second of the two new smartphones announced by the manufacturer at CTIA 2012. The Rise sports a four-row QWERTY keyboard and 3.5-inch HVGA display, and is powered by a 1GHz processor. Kyocera plans to launch the phone in the U.S. later this year, but a carrier has not yet been announced.
