Sprint is now accepting pre-orders for its latest HTC-built LTE smartphone, the EVO 4G LTE. The HTC EVO 4G LTE will cost shoppers $199.99 with a new two-year agreement. Sharing many traits with its HTC One X brother that we already reviewed, the EVO 4G LTE features a 720p HD resolution touchscreen that measures 4.7-inches across the diagonal, a super-capable 8 megapixel main camera that can record 1080p HD movies and 8 megapixel still photos simultaneously, and a blazing dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor running at 1.5GHz.

Of course users will also gain access to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and HTC's lovely new Sense 4 user interface, which has been greatly streamlined from older versions. We still have no ship date for the phone, but expect it to be in customer hands before the end of the month.
