Nokia has released the Nokia Browser 2.0 for feature phones running the Series 40 operating system. Nokia Browser 2.0 offers a number of new enhancements, including a Download Manager for organizing downloaded content and improved search and sharing features. The browser features cloud-based compression for faster transfers and less data usage, and works on touch, non-touch, and QWERTY-equipped Series 40 devices, including Nokia's new Asha range. Nokia Browser 2.0 will come pre-loaded on new phones, while existing users can download it from the Nokia Store on their devices now.
