Samsung launches ChatON messaging app for BlackBerry smartphones

Following the launch of ChatON for Bada, Android, and iOS, Samsung is now bringing its cross-platform messaging service to BlackBerry smartphones. ChatON for BlackBerry lets users send text, images, and video clips to other ChatON users regardless of which platform they are on. Samsung has also committed to launching a version of the app for Windows Phone, but it has not indicated as to when it plans to do so. ChatON for BlackBerry is free and available in the BlackBerry App World now.
