Google adds Instant Uploads, What's Hot stream to Google+ for iPhone

Google has released an update to its Google+ app for the iPhone that includes new features like Instant Upload and the What's Hot stream that is already available on the Google+ mobile site and Android app. Additionally, it is now possible to see who +1'd a post through the iPhone app. Google+ for the iPhone is free and available in the iTunes App Store now.
