Apple has filed a lawsuit against Motorola Mobility in Germany claiming that Motorola's lawsuit against Apple is a breach of the patent licensing terms that are already in existence between Motorola and Qualcomm. Apple claims that since it is a customer of Qualcomm, it is covered by the patent licensing agreement between Motorola and Qualcomm, and Motorola does not have the right to sue Apple over it. Motorola was able to get certain Apple devices briefly pulled from Apple's online store in Germany last week over claims that they were in violation of Motorola's 3G patents.
