Verizon Wireless has announced that a software update for the Motorola DROID BIONIC, DROID RAZR and DROID RAZR MAXX smartphones has been released and includes improved data connectivity and V CAST apps. In addition to the DROID RAZR updates, Verizon is also updating the XYBOARD 10.1 and 8.2 tablets with enhanced browser performance, touch response, and global roaming support. The tablet update will be followed by a second update that activates the SIM card in the XYBOARD 10.1 and 8.2 with global roaming capabilities. XYBOARD owners will then be able to access data services in over 205 countries on their tablets. The tablet updates are expected to be available in the near future.
