Verizon Wireless has updated its optional Usage Controls feature for account holders in an effort to give users more granularity over the limits they can set on their accounts. Users can now limit the amount of data consumed by lines on their account, which apps and games are accessed, and block ringtone purchases. These new features join the other voice and messaging limits that were already a part of Usage Controls. The Usage Controls feature costs an additional $4.99 per line per month on top of a regular voice plan.source: Verizon Wireless
