Motorola has filed a second lawsuit against Apple in the state of Florida that claims infringement on various Motorola patents. This suit specifically mentions the iPhone 4S and Apple's iCloud service as infringing products.

Motorola cites that there are at least six patents that it owns that Apple violates with its various products and services. Most of them are related to wireless antenna and communications technologies, and Motorola was granted some of the patents as far back as 1998.

"Apple's infringing activities have caused and will continue to cause Motorola Mobility irreparable harm, for which it has no adequate remedy at law, unless Apple's infringing activities are enjoined by this Court in accordance with 35 U.S.C. 283 [(an injunction against the products)]," said the company in its complaint.

Motorola is looking for an injunction against the sale of the iPhone 4S and the use of iCloud as well as damages sustained from the products being on the market.

The International Trade Commission recently sided with Motorola in Apple's complaint that Motorola's products infringed upon three of its patents. [via CNET]
