Samsung and AT&T have announced the Galaxy Note smartphone/tablet hybrid with LTE connectivity. The Galaxy Note was originally announced at the IFA trade show back in September, and features a massive, 5.3-inch 1280 x 800 pixel display and S-Pen stylus input.

The Galaxy Note for AT&T has an upgraded, 1.5GHz dual-core processor to go along with the 4G LTE connectivity. The Note's S-Pen stylus has 256 levels of pressure sensitivity and works with various apps that come installed on the Note. Samsung is also offering an SDK for developers to create apps that take advantage of the S-Pen's capabilities. As before, the Galaxy Note runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread with Samsung's TouchWiz interface.

AT&T will offer the Galaxy Note in both blue and white color schemes when it launches in the coming weeks. Pricing information has not yet been announced.
