According to a tweet from Verizon Wireless' official support Twitter account, the carrier is aware of reception issues with Google's Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS flagship smartphone, the Galaxy Nexus, and that a software fix is in the works. "The signal strength issue is currently being investigated. We don't have an ETA, but a software update is being developed." We've experienced the issue first hand while testing the LTE-capable phone for our upcoming review, and have seen the phone have serious data speed issues when other devices, such as Motorola's DROID RAZR, have had no problem.
