The Motorola DROID XYBOARD 10.1 and 8.2 are the Verizon Wireless 4G LTE versions of Motorola's XOOM 2 tablets that are sold in Europe. They offer very similar specs apart from their screen sizes and the fact that the 10.1 inch model comes equipped with a stylus and supports handwriting recognition.
Both feature dual-core 1.2GHz processor with 1GB of RAM and feature 16 or 32GB of internal storage (a 64GB 10.1 model is also available). They go on sale starting on December 20.
In this part of the video we also point out some of the display issues that are most pronounced on the smaller DROID XYBOARD 8.2 model. In darker areas of the screen, there's quite a bit of color banding visible. It's not awful, but it is certainly noticeable.
