Summary

The Pantech Pocket is a unique smartphone amidst a sea of look-a-likes. Featuring a 4:3 aspect ratio display (as opposed to the more common 16:10 or 16:9 seen on most smartphones), the Pocket looks almost like a pocket-sized tablet - likely where Pantech got its inspiration for the name of the device.

While the aspect ratio is useful in some instances, and can actually make certain tasks easier to accomplish, there are times where it makes the device harder to use than it really should be - especially when trying to navigate the Pocket with just one hand. Read on to find out if the Pocket does enough to carve out a special niche for itself in the world of Android smartphones.
