Back-to-back wins! If AT&T considered getting dead last in Consumer Reports' annual consumer satisfaction survey a win, that is. We are thinking that it probably doesn't. Verizon Wireless and Sprint scored the highest in CR's survey, with T-Mobile taking the third place trophy. Interestingly enough, CR's electronics editor, Paul Reynolds, says that "Our survey indicates that subscribers to prepaid and smaller standard-service providers are happiest overall with their cell-phone service." He does point out that the limitations of pre-paid service and smaller carriers mean that they are not always the right fit for everyone. The survey polled 66,000 Consumer Reports readers and will be available in the January 2012 issue of the magazine.source: Consumer Reports
