In honor of the Cyber Monday shopping event, Verizon Wireless has put a number of devices on sale for today only.

The Android 3.2-powered Motorola XOOM tablet is available for $199.99 when picked up with a 2 year mobile broadband data contract. The XOOM supports Verizon's 4G LTE(INFO) network and features a large 10.1-inch display and a dual-core 1GHz processor.

The carrier is also offering the Android 2.2-powered HTC DROID Incredible 2 free on contract. The Incredible 2 offers users a 4-inch touchscreen and a 1GHz processor. The LG Revolution and Pantech Breakout, both of which feature 4G LTE support, are available for $49.99 on contract today. Both feature 1GHz processors and large touchscreen displays.

Verizon also points out that its double the data promotion is still in effect, meaning that 4G LTE smartphone buyers can get twice as much data for the money. 4GB of monthly data, for example, is now available for the same $30 cost that would normally qualify for the 2GB data plan.
