Verizon Wireless is offering a nice holiday present to a bunch of people, as it has announced more towns and cities that will be getting 4G LTE service on December 15. In addition to the previously announced markets in Ohio, Verizon will light up LTE in Dover, Del.; Skidaway, Whitemarsh, Wilmington and Tybee Islands, Garden City, Rincon, Springfield, Guyton, Pembroke, Richmond Hill, Midway, Hinesville, and Savannah, Ga.; Greater Manchester and Nashua, N.H.; Fitchburg, Leominster, Lunenburg, and Townsend, Mass.; and Clintondale, Fishkill, Hyde Park, Kingston, New Paltz, Plattekill, Poughkeepsie, Red Hook, Rhinebeck, Saugerties, and Wappingers Falls, New York. The carrier has already reached its goal of 185 million covered with LTE by the end of 2011, so these new markets are just gravy for the carrier.source: Verizon Wireless, via: Phone Scoop
