In a post on its official Twitter account, Motorola has revealed that it plans to release devices with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich six weeks after Google makes the final version available to manufacturers. Motorola did not say when it plans to upgrade existing devices to the new software, but it has hinted in the past that the just-announced DROID RAZR would be getting the upgrade. Google is expected to release the Google Galaxy Nexus next month, which will be the first smartphone on the market with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.source: Motorola, via: Android and Me
