According to a source reporting to mobileRoundup, Richard Kerris, the vice president of worldwide developer relations at HP, is planning to leave the company. Though this may not be a big surprise to those that have followed the saga of webOS at HP, Kerris was one of the most vocal proponents of the flailing platform, and was frequently cited for news as to HP's plans for the webOS platform.
The inside source doesn't have any details as to when Kerris will be leaving, or where he is headed for that matter, but this will certainly be considered as a blow to the already discouraged webOS community. Kerris' leaving has been reported internally to HP employees, so it shouldn't be too long before it is announced publicly.
