Motorola and Verizon Wireless have scheduled a press conference for next week, and the companies are expected to debut a number of new devices, including the rumored DROID HD (also known as the DROID SPYDER and DROID RAZR). BGR has gotten its hands on what they claim to be the reported specs for the DROID HD, and they certainly look impressive.
According to BGR's source, the DROID HD will be "thinner and faster than the iPhone 4S," and it will feature 1GB of RAM. It is powered by a dual-core, 1.2GHz processor, and has 4.3-inch display. Unsurprisingly, it is expected to feature 4G LTE support. There isn't much else to go on at this point, as we don't know the display resolution, camera specifications, or what version of Android will be on the DROID HD.
Along with the purported DROID HD, Motorola is expected to release an updated version of its XOOM Android tablet. It should be an exciting event, and we will be there to cover all of the happenings.
