T-Mobile G2x Gingerbread update now available in OTA form

Last week, owners of the T-Mobile G2x could download the Android 2.3 Gingerbread update for their devices and manually install it using LG's software on a computer. Now T-Mobile has made it a bit easier for everyone to update to the latest and greatest version of Android, as it has started its over-the-air roll-out of the update. As is the usual case with OTA updates, this one will likely hit users gradually until all G2x's have been updated. Users should get a notification on their phones when the update is ready to be downloaded and installed.
